In 2009, Crystal and Steve Miller saw an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by acquiring three assisted living communities.
They built Frontida on a foundation of trust, compassion, and integrity, choosing a name derived from the Greek word for “care and nurture.”
A year into owning the three assisted living communities, they immersed themselves in every aspect of the work. Crystal and Steve earned their certifications, stepped into leadership roles, and redefined operations to reflect their vision.
Their commitment to strong values continues to shape Frontida today, ensuring our partners feel supported, families find peace of mind, and team members thrive—because when trust is the foundation, everything else falls into place.
